RECRUITMENT PROCESS

It is our company’s policy to employ quality candidates with requisite skills qualifications and attitude to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.

 

PMC ULTRA MEGA MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. provides the support for sourcing of suitable candidates, wherever possible, serving employees with suitable qualification and experience are given priority. Our sourcing are conducted via data bank, media advertisements, associates, walk-in interviews and personal recommendations.

Whenever a position is required by the clients to be filled, we will inform through email, fax, phone or others. The requisition for manpower will be formalized into standard format of requisition for manpower. Our company will provide the support to source and shortlist potential candidates promptly. All shortlisted candidates are required to undergo formal interviews conducted by client’s representative who will assess the candidate and make their recommendations on final selection.

PMC ULTRA MEGA MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. will submit quotation before formalizing a contract with clients. All selected candidates by clients will be issued with formal letter of offer of employment in fixed terms contract. Upon receiving acceptance letter as commitment letter from the candidates, PMC ULTRA MEGA MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. will inform the actual reporting date through email.

All new employees are required to undergo safety orientation program conducted by the clients and issued with safety passes. They also will be issued standard safety gears as required by HSE department & clients.
